Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 14:00 to 21:30.
    If you arrive earlier than 14:00, you’re welcome to store your luggage at the hotel. Early check-in may be possible if your room is ready. Otherwise, you can wait comfortably until check-in time.
    If you expect to arrive after 21:30, please inform us in advance—someone will be there to welcome you.

  • Check-out time is from 08:00 to 11:00.
    If you need to check out earlier, please let the reception know in advance.
    If possible, kindly inform us of your estimated arrival and departure times beforehand.

Arriving by Car

If you’re arriving by car, we recommend briefly stopping on the road opposite the hotel with your hazard lights on to unload your luggage. Please do not drive into the narrow alley directly in front of the hotel entrance—it’s very difficult to maneuver and may block traffic.

  • The hotel does not have private parking.

  • During the low season, it’s usually easy to find a free public parking spot nearby.

  • In the high season, especially in the evening, public parking is very limited to zero.

There are private parking lots near the hotel available at an extra cost. Additionally, since 2024, a large parking facility near Parga’s entrance (close to the BP petrol station, about 1 km from the hotel) offers plenty of spaces. This parking service allows 24-hour access with a flat daily rate and lets you enter and exit freely during your stay.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.
You are welcome to smoke outside on your private balcony.

Please note:
Our Economy Double Room does not have a balcony. Guests in this room may smoke on the hotel’s open veranda near reception, but not inside the room.

Housekeeping

  • Daily cleaning is provided except Sundays.

  • Linen changes and cleaning schedules vary depending on the length of your stay (see end of the page for details).

Reception & Communication

  • You can dial ‘9’ from your in-room phone to reach reception.

  • The Wi-Fi password is posted on the main entrance door.

  • You’ll also find a phone number on the same door, available for calls, Viber, or WhatsApp at any time—day or night—for assistance or emergencies.

Breakfast

  • Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00.

  • If your reservation includes breakfast, just come by during this time.

  • If you have booked room-only and would like breakfast, please contact reception in advance.
    The cost is an additional €9 per person per day.

Our hotel is located in the heart of Parga, just a short walk from the local market. We’re approximately 200 meters from the port and the main promenade, where you’ll find a variety of bars and traditional tavernas. The nearest beach is only 300 meters away, and the historic Venetian Castle and upper town—the most traditional neighborhood in Parga—are about 700 meters from the property.

Please note that our hotel does not have an elevator. To reach the reception floor, guests must climb 10 steps. This level includes the reception desk, the breakfast area, and a few guest rooms. Most of the remaining rooms are located on the two upper floors, each accessed via an additional 20 steps. At the very top, the penthouse double room offers a private terrace and occupies a standalone space on the rooftop, accessible by another 20 steps.

While we do not have a swimming pool, our central location makes it easy to explore all that Parga has to offer.

Αν φτάσετε νωρίτερα από 14:00 μπορείτε αν θέλετε να αποθηκεύσετε τις αποσκευές σας στο ξενοδοχείο και να κάνετε check in αν το δωμάτιο είναι ήδη έτοιμο ή να περιμένετε έως 14:00. Αν φτάσετε μετά απο τις 21:30 παρακαλώ όπως ενημερώστε μας εκ των προτέρων και θα σας περιμένουμε στην υποδοχή.

Αν έρχεστε με αυτοκίνητο είναι καλύτερα να σταματήσετε με alarm στον δρόμο απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο για να κατεβάσετε τα πράγματα σας. Μην μπείτε με το αυτοκίνητο στο στενάκι μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο γιατί θα μπλοκάρετε το δρόμο και θα δυσκολευτείτε να βγείτε με την όπισθεν.
Το ξενοδοχείο μας δεν διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης για τα αυτοκίνητα των επισκεπτών του. Κατά την χαμηλή περίοδο έχετε αρκετές πιθανότητες να βρείτε ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ στον δημόσιο δρόμο κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο αλλά την υψηλή περίοδο και ιδιαίτερα μετά τις απογευματινές ώρες, δυσκολεύει πολύ η ανεύρεση ελεύθερου πάρκινγκ. Κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο λειτουργούν ιδιωτικές επιχειρήσεις πάρκινγκ στις οποίες , με επιπλέον κόστος, θα μπορούσατε να παρκάρετε. Από το καλοκαίρι του 2024 λειτουργεί ένα μεγάλο πάρκινγκ κοντά στο πρατήριο της BP που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 1χλμ από το ξενοδοχείο μας.Αυτό το πάρκινγκ έχει το πλεονέκτημα ότι κρατάει τη θέση παρκαρίσματος κι έτσι μπορείτε να πάρετε όσες φορές θέλετε το αμάξι σας για τις ανάγκες σας σε μία σταθερή τιμή ανά όχημα για ολόκληρο το 24ωρο. 

Καθαριότητα: Τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονται καθημερινά εκτός Κυριακής. Οι αλλαγές των λινών ανάλογα με την διάρκεια της διαμονής σας περιγραφονται στον παρακάτω πίνακα:

Κατά τη διαμονή σας μπορείτε να πληκτρολογήσετε το ‘9’ στην τηλεφωνική συσκευή του δωματίου σας για να καλέσετε την ρεσεψιόν. Ο κωδικός για το wifi είναι γραμμένος στην πόρτα της εισόδου στο ξενοδοχείο, εκεί θα βρείτε και έναν αριθμό κινητού τηλεφώνου στο οποίο μπορείτε να καλέσετε μέσω κινητής, viber ή whatsapp καθόλη την διάρκεια του 24ωρου ή σε περίπτωση ανάγκης.

Αν έχετε κλείσει με πρωινό, η ώρα του πρωινού είναι από 08:00 έως 10:00. Αν δεν έχετε κλείσει με πρωινό κι επιθυμείτε να πάρετε θα πρέπει να συνεννοηθείτε με την υποδοχή από πριν. Το κόστος του πρωινού είναι 9€/άτομο/ημέρα.

Το ξενοδοχείο μας βρίσκεται στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Πάργας και μπορείτε να πάτε με τα πόδια σχεδόν παντού. Το λιμάνι και η παραλιακή βόλτα είναι μόλις 200μ απόσταση , η τοπική παραλία για μπάνιο  είναι περίπου 300μ και το ενετικό κάστρο με την άνω περιοχή της Πάργας που είναι και η πιο γραφική είναι μόλις 700-800 μετρα μακριά.
Για να εισέλθετε στο ξενοδοχείο θα χρειαστείτε να ανεβείτε 10 σκαλοπάτια για τον όροφο της υποδοχής όπου βρίσκονται η ρεσεψιόν , ο χώρος του πρωινού και μερικά δωμάτια. Τα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια μοιράζονται σε άλλους δύο ορόφους(20 σκαλοπάτια ο καθένας) και το ρετιρέ δίκλινο με ιδιωτική βεράντα βρίσκεται μόνο του στην ταράτσα του ξενοδοχείου(άλλα 20 σκαλοπάτια). Δεν διαθέτουμε ανελκυστήρα για αυτό θα χρειαστεί να ανεβαίνετε με τα πόδια.Το ξενοδοχείο μας δεν διαθέτει πισίνα

This policy contains an analysis of the personal data we collect for you, the hotel customers, meaning all the information which identify you or can identify you directly or indirectly, the manner of collecting and protecting it, the manner and purpose of processing it, as well as your rights according to the legislation in force on the protection of data, the General Regulation for the Protection of Data (EU) 2016/679 (henceforth “GRPD”), as well as the remaining European and National Legislation. This policy is observed strictly and you are kindly requested to visit our website regularly in order to be updated on the manner we process and protect your personal data.

Details to our company

The Responsible for the Processing of Personal Data is the joint venture with the trade name “AFOI VOUREKA OE” and the distinctive title “Hotel San Nectarios”, based in Parga, Prefecture of Preveza(Ag. Marinas 2 str.48060, Greece), operating the hotel “San nectarios”. This policy concerns only the hotel customers

Information on the type of personal data we collect:

When you contact the hotel, we collect necessary data for the room reservation or rental, by filling in an electronic form or the room reservation card. Additionally, in order to improve our hotel services and adapt them to your requirements, and in order to manage our communication after your stay, we collect and process additional communication data following your explicit consent. Specifically, we obligatorily collect and process the following personal data:

Obligatorily

Personal Data: indicatively full name, type and number of ID document (e.g. passport, police ID), phone number, residence address, e-mail (if the booking is made electronically), date of birth, nationality etc. credit card number and if an invoice is requested indicatively AFM (taxpayers ID no) and Tax Office Invoicing Data: credit card number and if an invoice is requested indicatively AFM (taxpayers ID no) and Tax Office Date of arrival and departure, type and number of residence.

Optionally

Your preferences: such as non-smoking room, preferred floor, type of bed, flight number. E-mail: if the booking is not made electronically and you wish to communicate with us by email. Date of arrival and departure, type and number of residence.

We also process the following data

Called phone numbers through the call center, When you visit our website, our web server records automatically data relevant to your visit (for example your IP address, the type of browser you use, the website pages you visit, the date and duration of your visit, location details), while it is it is possible that cookies are placed on your computer or your smart device every time you visit us on the internet (see below). The data we collect for persons under 16 is communicated to us by parents/guardians.

Statement about the manner of collecting personal data of hotel customers

We collect the aforementioned personal data directly from you during the room booking procedure, arrival, check out, payment, as well as when you submit any form of written or electronic registration etc. (either in the context of the room rental agreement concluded between us, or when you express interest and provide your explicit consent). Finally, we also collect information from third parties, namely travel agencies, tourist operators, electronic and internet reservation systems. We state that your personal data, in the context of a strictly controlled and safe procedure, is fully secured and do not constitute and may not be exploited or sold to third parties. Such data is collected and used only for the purposes described in our statement hereunder.

Your personal data, collected in the manner described above, is used: To provide residence and F&B from the hotel. To process the financial transactions between us. To comply with the obligations imposed by the individual legislation in force and our taxation obligations (e.g. issuance of invoice or receipt). The manner of communication depends on your special selection, based on your written consent and finally, To create statistical monitoring data and deduce conclusions in order to choose the best commercial practices for customer satisfaction and rewarding.

Statement for the legality of the processing of personal data

Collecting and processing the mandatory personal data carried out during your stay at the hotel, as well as providing any service to you, is based on the customer and hotel relationship, according with the legislative and regulative provisions in force, as well as the room rental agreement concluded between us and the provision of services. Any further collection and processing of personal data is lawful if it is imposed for general vested interest purposes or in order to harmonize our operation with the National or EU legislation

Statement for the period of keeping the personal data

We will keep and process your Personal Data for the purposes mentioned above only for as long as it is necessary based on agreement or based on the legislation in force. To determine the suitable period of keeping the data we take into consideration also the quantity, the nature and sensitivity of personal data, as well as the time periods for which it may be necessary to keep the data to deal with any requests / disputes / controls and to protect our lawful rights in the case of any claims.

The personal data provided by customers to the hotel is entered on computer systems which provide sufficient security and are used by specially trained and authorized employees (users), in order to achieve the maximum possible protection of the recorded data, in the modern digital environment. The safety and protection of all data is strengthened with the use and coexistence of additional programs for their safety. Furthermore we implement strict organizational measures and procedures for the protection of the personal data from possible distortion, loss, not stipulated or illegal processing, on the one hand with the installation of servers on the building premises, where limited and controlled access is permitted, and on the other hand with the provision of limited user rights to the absolutely minimum necessary access level.

Communicating personal data to third parties

The hotel, like any other company, may be mandated to provide personal data to the competent State, Judicial, Police etc. authorities, in the case of summons, search warrant, other judicial procedure, conformity with court, regulative or administrative decisions, in cases of protecting and defending the company itself, its managers, directors and employees, as well as its associate lawyers when lawsuits, claims or disputes are filed. It is possible to send information which concern you to third parties or/and exchange information, in the context of managing your reservation, when travel agencies, tourist agents or online accommodation booking service providers through which you book a room electronically / online, intervene.

Customer rights / Procedure of exercising them

You may exercise your rights in writing through the Subject Access Request Form which you can find at the Hotel Reception and you can submit it in person, or send it by post or send it to the Data Protection Officer at info@nect.gr which your certified signature. Rights are exercised free of charge unless the request is obviously unfounded or exaggerated. You can submit any other question relevant to your personal data to the DPO, as mentioned above. To process the request to exercise your right, a procedure is followed which includes necessarily an ID check. Similarly our legislation provides the right to submit a denunciation to the competent Data Protection Authority, www.dpa.gr
